Join us to take your first steps into the world of whisky, and let us inaugurate you in the Appenzell tasting ceremony. Impressive nuances of honey, vanilla, fruits and even peat and wood pamper your nose, tongue and palate – a truly fascinating world!

In our cosy “Whisky Stöbli” (chamber), in a relaxed atmosphere, let us delve together into the aromas of fine whiskies. During this Säntis Malt degustation, you’ll be encouraged to train your senses and with every sip to learn a little more about the story behind the “water of life”.
 
• This course is for connoisseurs who enjoy a good glass of whisky and who would like to acquire a basic working knowledge of the subject.
• We concentrate wholly on the whisky experience,
so we don’t offer any snacks.
• A maximum of 14 persons per group may participate.
• Minimum age is 18.
• We recommend you arrive using public transport.

Costs
CHF 40 per person (min. 10 persons) including degustation of four Säntis malts. As a memento, you will receive a Säntis Malt glass.
