New winter, new Snow White! beer cask matured Appenzeller Single Malt Whisky refined in exclusive barrels, used for austrian apricot (Marillen) spirit.

As winter comes, our annual limited edition for the colder days is ready.

The Snow White Series

Every year, right before the first snow falls, we present our annual Snow White Edtion. Each year with new special designed graphics and a new typ of fruity finish.

Typically, each bottling gets its basic maturation in old oak wood beer casks, before we lay it in fruit spirit casks for a unique finishing.

Old Snow White Editions:

2013 - No. 1: Apple Spirit Finish

2014 - No. 2: Cherry Finish

2015 - No. 3: Vieille Prune Finish (old plum)

2016 - No. 4: Vieille Poire Finish (old pear)
